"Yamaha of Camp Hill is a great place. It's large showroom is clean and inviting. Since I first stepped through the doors I have received friendly and helpful service. The sales crew were not pushy nor did they ignore you like other dealers I have visited. They understand you are trying to find the best deal you can, and they do whatever they can to make that happen. Customers are treated more like family and not just another meal ticket. I never saw a dealer that gives you a tour of the whole operation from sales to service like YOCH. They even host private parties for their clientele. They have many accessories to choose from including discounts and promotions. My experience at YOCH has been very fun and rewarding. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a two or four wheeler visit Yamaha of Camp Hill, they are the best."

"I think it's time for an update on my experience with YCH and Staff. When I first purchase my 2009 Venture, I still wasn't really sure I had made the right choice of bikes and or dealers. Of course your always hesitant on a purchase like this. Let face it, it could the between eating hot dogs or steak! But as time goes on the fact that I bought the 2009 Venture was one of, if not the best choice! The bike and dealership are as equal to BEST as you can get. I have done a couple of NB Liebman commercials and their word is " Our Customer Speak for US". I would love to do a commercials for this dealer ship! Who knows you just may see me there soon.
Now, I never give a perfect score on anything, but take a look at the score for service It's a 5 out of 5. Why Service, they take care of you and the bike after all is said and done. Go see Matt and his crew."

My salesman was Richard Young and he was wonderful throughout the process, as was the entire staff. "I had been looking to purchase a used motorcycle for several months. I even looked at YCH and missed out on one prior to this purchase. I continued my search and finally saw this bike, a 1996 Kawasaki Eliminator, and just had to run to the dealer before it was gone! I just knew it was the one I wanted before I saw it in person. This being my first purchase and first visit to YCH, I was a little leary. I thought it would be like most car dealers and a salesperson would be on my heels the second I walked through the door. That was not the case here. My wife and I were greeted with a hello and a smile by Rich after looking around the store for awhile. Rich was very knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions and was very pleasant. NO PRESSURE! This was my first motorcycle purchase and we even bought our helmets. The sales team at YCH are very easy to talk to and they do not pressure you into buying anything! A real proffesional group. THE BEST VEHICLE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I am sure I will make future purchases at YCH, just as soon as I have some enjoyable rides and figure out what accessories I would like. Keep up the excellent job YCH!!"

"What a GREAT PLACE to do business! This is my second Star Motorcycle. My first was a V-Star 650 which I bought from John, and was treated very well. After 3 years it was time to upgrade, so I went back to John, and started the process of looking at new bikes. John was great! Now that I had some time under my belt riding, I really was on the fence as to which bike to purchase, but John was able to steer me in the right direction! He along with the entire staff answered my questions, showed me different items that I could put on the bike, and just about every option there was to help me in making the right choice.
So after a few days of going back and forth between two bikes, I purchased a 2009 Raider S. What a great bike. All of the Staff made this purchase a great experience! They explained everything there was to know about the bike, and made sure that this was the right bike for me. I have to say that this dealer has given me great experiences both times with no trouble at all, and each time I have been in the dealership, they have treated me and my family well!
YCH is tops in my book. Thank you to everyone that made this a great experience!

"My husband & I bought our 1st new bike at YCH in 1994. We traded up to a 750 Virago! When we were looking for a 2nd bike a couple of years ago, we went back to YCH! We got my husband a new 2007 V Star 1100 Silverado. The Virago is now all mine! Everybody at YCH is extremely helpful. The parts department actually takes the time to search for parts for older bikes. Which was a big help when I was looking to put a windshield on my Virago. Luckily, we haven't had to use the service dept. very much. But when we have, they have been super. They don't talk down to you like some places do, especially to women. Last, but not least, the sales crew are all helpful & extremely informative. We will continue to give our business to YCH. We'd also like to thank them for telling us about the local Star Touring Chapter. It's been a great way to get out & ride while meeting lots of great people."

"my husband, Jon, and i have frequented YCH for years since all of our bikes have been Yamahas. last year we decided we needed a larger bike and our first place to check out was YCH. we couldn't afford a brand new bike but that didn't make us less of a customer to them. John, Brad and the rest of the sales group are great and helped us decide on a 2002 RoadStar they had. they even stayed open late to make sure we could take it home that day.
parts/merchandise and service departments are also great! they always hook us up with what we need and if something isn't in stock, they are more than happy to order it for us. thanks for getting in my HJC Arkanium helmet guys! I LOVE it!!!!
since we frequent the store so often, they know us by name and recognize us. not many places can make that claim. thanks YCH for being our "second home" and helping us keep our RoadStar in tip-top shape! :)

"I have bought 2 bikes form YCH, my current bike is a 06 Roadstar Midnight Silverado, this is the best bike I have ever owned. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Jon was very patient as I looked and decided to upgrade to my Roadstar, (had I listened to him the first time, I would have bought it first). The parts department and service departments are just as friendly and knowledgeable about everything you can think of. When you walk into the dealership you are greeted with friendly faces who will remember your first name, what kind of bike you ride etc. IMHO this is the best motorcycle dealership within the state of PA. I also joined STAR Touring and Riding’s local chapter, Capital City Pa Chapter 430, which YCH is the supporting dealership. YCH has done a lot for the chapter, from letting us have meetings there until we outgrew them and had to find a bigger place, to hosting our charter signing and also sponsoring and catering a 'mystery ride' at the end of the 2008 riding season. If you’re in the market for a new or used bike, check them out. The staff and facility are top notch. "

"I walked in YCH a lot of times before I really started looking to purchase a Bike, See I was a GOLD WING Rider, I loved my GOLD WING! That is until I had the pleasure of riding the 2009 Venture but, I only had one big mountain to climb. That was my 5'2 inch wife. I finally got her to go to the YCH and test ride a 2009 Venture. She was sold! Now enough about the Bike, you just have to go down to YCH in Camp Hill , PA and take a test Ride; ask for John he will set you up with the ride you have been looking for. Please don't take my word for it, I dare ya to go to YCH in Camp Hill PA. You will ride out on a new Bike. The price are fair and the financing is plentiful . While you buying a new Bike don't forget the parts people they are there to help in any way they can. Like a new matching Helmet! The Service department is second to none. Again don't take my word for it just go. And while your buying a new or used bike, talk with all the crew there about joining STAR TOURING their word" it's not what you ride it' that you ride".
